Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Agasa Global Foundation Co., Ltd. (“the Company”). By using the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Services.

Article 2 (Services)

  1. The Services include private emergency transportation, mobility support, wheelchair rentals, and pickup/return assistance at airports and other locations.

  2. The Services do not constitute medical treatment or medical practice.

  3. In emergency situations, users must contact public emergency services (dial 119 in Japan).

Article 3 (Applications)

  1. Users shall apply for the Services using the methods designated by the Company.

  2. A service contract is formed upon the Company’s confirmation of the reservation.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. Service fees are quoted individually and include applicable taxes.

  2. Payment methods and deadlines shall be determined separately by the Company.

  3. If payment is not confirmed by the due date, the Company may cancel the reservation.

Article 5 (Cancellations and Changes)

  1. Cancellations: Due to the nature of our specialized arrangements, no refunds will be issued once payment has been confirmed. All bookings are final as resources (vehicle and staff) are secured immediately upon payment.

  2. Changes: We accept requests for additional service days or changes to the date and time, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to ensure accommodations.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following acts:
• Providing false information
• Violating laws or public order
• Infringing the rights or interests of the Company or third parties
• Harassment or dangerous behavior toward staff
• Interfering with service operations

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for physical condition changes, accidents, or delays unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  2. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, or force majeure.

  3. The Services are not medical services and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or nursing care.

Article 8 (Compensation for Damages)

If a user causes damage to the Company due to a violation of these Terms, the user shall compensate the Company for such damage.

Article 9 (Personal Information)

The Company handles personal information appropriately in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Amendments)

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Company’s website.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
